Programs & Services -  Provides advocacy services to individuals, couples, families or groups who are on a low or fixed income, victims of crime, in conflict with systems, agencies or more powerful individuals and who lack the knowledge, skill or resources necessary for protecting their basic human and legal rights. Funded by the Law Foundation of B.C., Ministry of Human Resources, Attorney General and Private Donations. Open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed noon hours).
