The Year 2000 computer problem is now widely acknowledged as serious. Because the actual impact and outcome of the Y2K problem is uncertain and will not be known until it arrives, we feel it is prudent to gather and disseminate accurate information, build community resilience, and foster mutual trust and co-operation. It is in this spirit that the Alliance and its web site have been created. Details about West Kootenay Y2k Alliance |
