Adult Short-term Assessment and Treatment ProgramASTAT (Adult Short-Term Assessment and Treatment Program) therapists provide short term therapy to individuals suffering from serious acute mental disorders that affects their level of functioning. A range of individual and group therapy modalities are aimed to optimising the strength and resources of adults in order that they may regain an improved level of functioning and well-being.
